  Very disappointed with the customer service we experienced when visiting this store. The lady was extreamly rude to my daughter, myself and my 1 year old and 3 year old granddaughters. the children were in and out of the changeroom while my daughter and I were trying on jackets, which we were going to purchase and put to one side. My granddaughter had a purse around her neck - which we were about to purchase. The lady came into the room, it was evident she was extreamly unhappy we were there with two children, and put away everything we had been about to purchase. Rudely asked for the purse back and that the children stop touching the change room curtain. My granddaughter said to her "you have lovely hair" and she didn't even have the decency to respond. We left the store. My daughter still really wanted to purchase the items so made two attempts to go back in without the children. Both times the lady was badmouthing all of us to other customers. Calling the children "terrible children" and my daughter and myself "horrible women". The children are 1 and 3, they caused absolutly no damage and were with us the entire time. Really appalled at the treatment we received. Won't be returning.
